Bürkle Plastic Card Lamination Systems
The Bürkle Round Table Machine, designated the CHKR 50/100 offers a single daylight hot transfer press with production rates of 960 cards per hour. This machine is ideal for low volume facilities, or larger volume facilities where test panels are necessary for recipe development, or customer approvals.

The CHKR 50/100 provides 50 Metric Tons of force on the hot press and 100 Metric tons of force on the cold press. The system provides a lay-up station allowing for sequential lay-up and tears down simultaneous with the lamination and cooling cycle.



The second Bürkle product offering is the Model LAC 120, is available with the optional material handling system. This machine is available as a 4 or 6 daylight system having throughput of 600 cards per hour per daylight.

Both the LAC 120 and the CHKR 50/100 can be provided with an electric fired thermal oil heating system which provides precise temperature platen heat uniformity and predictable process control.
