TL 1500 for application of all industry standard tapes to overlay substrates.

The TL 1500 Tape Layer configured for application of up to 24 tapes simultaneously to all industry standard substrates. Tape is applied 100% secure to substrate with the tape carrier material removed and rewound to a single spool for easy disposal.

The process produces a high quality “laminated” stripe which today is the bank card standard.

For Web to Web & Web to Sheet applications.

Running speed: Up to 15m (50ft) / minute depending on release characteristics of the tape.
