Collation

The WT 100 Hand Collation Table or “Spot Welding Table”; allows a simple low cost method of gathering/collation of all individual layers which make a card set.

Individual layers of the card set are manually placed on the SWT, aligned either by grip and side lay or aligning print registration marks by eye. Once in position, welding heads spot weld the individual layers together, preventing movement during subsequent handling. Temperature and hold time is fully adjustable. Table height and angle are adjustable.

Running speed (for single core) up to 150 sets per hour, depending on operator.
