The KS 104 is high speed card punch machine represents the latest in card punching technology. Designed and built to the highest standards providing card manufacturers with high speed, precision and reliable production.

Sheets are loaded onto trolley and loaded into machine. Individual sheets are fed onto the feed table and accurately aligned to print marks in the longitude direction. Once registered the sheet is fed under the punch tool where each individual row of cards is registered and punched. The waste skeleton is ejected and punched cards are loaded into a 5 magazine in/out buffer for continuous operation.

Running speeds using 3 x 7 sheet format up to 19,000 cards per hour.
