The GM 800 M Collation Machine is a unique semi-automatic collation system for gathering & collation of all layers comprising a plastic card; ready for lamination.

Printed core(s) are fed manually onto feed table against datum stops, automatically spot welded together and fed into machine body. Assembled core(s) are positioned accurately between front & reverse overlays fed from web to datum point or centre magnetic stripe, if present. The assembled set is spot welded securely to prevent movement and overlay cut to size to avoid subsequent processing problems and surface scratches. Completed sets delivered to output trolley/pallet

Running speed (depending on operator and sheet format) up to 1000 sets per hour.
