The GM 800 A Collation Machine is a unique fully automatic high speed collation system for automatic gathering & collation of all layers comprising a plastic card; ready for lamination.

Printed core is fed automatically from stack, positioned accurately between front & reverse overlays fed from web to datum point or centre magnetic stripe, if present. The assembled set is spot welded securely to prevent movement and overlay cut to size to avoid subsequent processing problems and surface scratches. Completed sets delivered to output trolley/pallet.

Running speed: (depending sheet format) up to 1000 sets per hour.
